As Wu mentioned, "it’s different when you prove to yourself and truly believe it," Wu acknowledged that the ability to believe in and trust your game is advice he received when he arrived on tour. Wu said the advice he received was: "Don’t change your game, rely on the strengths that got you to where you are today." Having already played four tournaments in the 2022-2023 PGA Tour season, Wu responded, "I had some great finishes last year but also missed a ton of cuts.
